Every project is half to start, half when I hand it over.

Coach Training Subscription — a bigger idea worth its own conversation This is the one I'm most excited about: a monthly, themed on-demand video library for coaches — Pom one month, tumbling the next, hip-hop after that — built as the "homework" for the combines, which are the "test." Real recurring revenue, and nothing like it exists yet. Too big to price in a first pass, but let's talk through it Thursday.
